The Monthly Soul Reset
A free, 90-minute guided breathwork experience on Zoom, on the last Sunday of every month. Breathe, release and create space in your body.
Who it's for: anyone, anywhere.
Soul Reset Plus
A monthly membership for going deeper: replays of every Reset, a second members-only live session and a library of short guided breathwork recordings.

One-on-one mentoring
Three months of mentoring with intuitive guidance, to reconnect with your inner knowing and your power to choose. Also available as a half-day virtual VIP Reset.
Who it's for: anyone, anywhere. Mentoring is not therapy.
The Remember group program
Six weeks, a small circle of women, on Zoom. Weekly breathwork, guided reflection and a workbook to help you remember who you are, together.

Good to know
Therapy and mentoring are different.
What's the difference between therapy and mentoring?
Therapy is licensed clinical care: it can include assessment and treatment of things like trauma and anxiety, and it's regulated by the state where you live. Mentoring is guidance and support for growth, reflection and choosing your next steps. It doesn't diagnose or treat, and it isn't a replacement for therapy.
Why is therapy only for Tennessee residents?
Counselors are licensed state by state. Victoria is licensed in Tennessee, and Tennessee has joined the Counseling Compact, which lets counselors practice in other member states as those states open. As more states come online, therapy will open to them too.
I live outside Tennessee. What can I join?
Everything else: the free Monthly Soul Reset, Soul Reset Plus, the Remember group program, one-on-one mentoring and workshops for your organization. It's all online.
Can I do both therapy and mentoring?
If you're a therapy client, your care stays in therapy. We'll talk in your consult about what's the right fit for you.
