Therapy, mentoring and wellness services

Therapy is provided only to clients who have completed intake, under a separate agreement, and only where Victoria is licensed or authorized to practice. Mentoring, the Soul Reset, group programs and workshops are wellness and educational services. They are not therapy or medical treatment and are not a substitute for them. Paid programs have their own terms, which you'll see before you buy.

Breathwork

Breathwork can cause strong physical and emotional sensations. By joining a session, you confirm that you've considered any health conditions with your doctor, that you'll participate at your own pace, and that you're responsible for your own wellbeing during the session.

Not an emergency service

Nothing on this website or in our services is for emergencies. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911. See our crisis and care resources.

Our content

The words, images, videos, recordings and other materials on this site belong to Victoria T. Traylor or are used with permission. You may share links to them, but you may not copy, sell or republish them without written permission.
