EFT Practice

Hello Beautiful Humans! Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Victoria Traylor and a Certified Level II EFT Practitioner. EFT has enhanced my life in so many ways. I am beyond grateful to share this phenomenal gift with the world. I am a healer, therapist, writer/creator, and mother of two beautiful and spirited girls. I have been a therapist for almost 15 years, I specialize in trauma and anxiety. I do a lot of work with clients around self-worth and creating the lives that they want to live. I am so excited about expanding my practice to include EFT.

I have been on my own healing journey for years, and it was not until I was introduced to EFT that I began to see the real transformation in myself. I tapped into my vulnerability in a way I never thought possible. I explored parts of myself that I didn’t even know were hidden. I became a believer of the power in EFT. As a lifelong learner I knew I had to learn more about this, and that is how my journey as an EFT Practitioner began.

My purpose in this life is to live fully, boldly; walking in my truth; creating a life that is intentional in a way that creates a spark, models, encourages, and inspires those I encounter to journey in grace and create the life that they want to live.

EFT Explained

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “tapping,” is a therapeutic practice that combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapies, exposure therapy, and body stimulation of acupressure points on the face and body. It is used to manage emotions, reduce stress, and alleviate physical pain and emotional distress.

EFT tapping focuses on the 12 meridian points of the body to relieve symptoms of a negative experience or emotion. The underlying premise is that a disruption in energy is the cause of all negative emotions and pain. EFT tapping has been used to treat people with anxiety and people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points — or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy. It’s believed that restoring this energy balance can relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused.
